About

Njeri Nyoro is an educator, counsellor, and a wellbeing advocate. She is a systems thinker and wellbeing leader working across education, organisational settings, youth development, and community spaces. She is the founder and lead of Mindful Minds Kenya in response to the growing need for intentional, systems-focused wellbeing support, especially within schools, youth spaces and the community.Her work is guided by thoughtful, research-informed practices, cultural sensitivity and a commitment to creating safe spaces where individuals and the community can learn, heal and grow. Njeri champions a future where mental well-being is integrated into the core of institutional culture, not treated as an afterthought.MISSION
